Key Responsibilities
– Provide technical support for hardware, software, network issues, printers, photocopy machines, and site-related IT support
– Install and configure computer systems and applications
– Troubleshoot system, network, and office/site IT equipment problems
– Manage file sharing and backups using Google Drive and cloud storage tools
Requirements / Qualifications
– Proven experience in IT Support
– Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, printers, and photocopiers
– Familiarity with Google Drive and cloud platforms
– Ability to handle site-related IT issues
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Arabic speaking candidates preferred
– Immediate joiners preferred
