Requirements
– Master’s degree or doctorate in Audiology.
– Current registration or eligibility for registration with the DHA.
– Formal training and demonstrated competence in paediatric audiology, including neonatal hearing screening follow-up and ABR testing.
– Competence in the assessment and management of adult and paediatric patients with hearing implants (cochlear implants, bone-conduction devices, and middle-ear implants).
– Proven competency in administering and interpreting comprehensive vestibular diagnostic testing.
– Minimum 2 years of clinical audiology experience.
– Experience working with multidisciplinary implant programs or advanced hearing technology clinics.
– Clinical experience in paediatric, adult, and geriatric audiology.
– Certification or specialist training in cochlear implant mapping/programming.
– Advanced vestibular assessment training.
– Experience in research, quality improvement projects, or clinical teaching.
– Experience in tele-audiology services.
