Job Position: Manager – Employee Relations

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in HR related discipline; Professional HR Qualifications are an advantage
– At least seven years of hands-on experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and HR investigations
– In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws and regulatory frameworks
– Proven ability to lead and conduct thorough, impartial HR investigations
– Articulate communicator, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization
– Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required
– Arabic proficiency is preferred
– Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
– Strong multitasking abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
– High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
