– Facilities Management (FM) Experience Needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems.
– Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, and pumps.
– Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
– Ensure all work complies with FM standards and safety regulations.
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Technician.
– Background in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory.
– Strong knowledge of MEP systems and equipment.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Technical diploma or certification in MEP-related field.
