WE ARE HIRING FOR DUBAI MEP Technician
Facilities Management (FM) experience required.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems
– Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical panels, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, and pumps
– Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
– Ensure all work complies with FM standards and safety regulations
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Requirements
– Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an MEP Technician
– Background in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of MEP systems and equipment
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Technical diploma or certification in an MEP-related field
