Key Responsibilities
– Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety guidelines under MOE, KHDA, Municipality, and DHA regulations
– Stay updated with legislation and regulatory guidelines
– Follow accident and incident policies and report concerns to management
– Provide emergency treatment safely and professionally
– Accurately assess and record children’s health needs
– Maintain records related to medical needs and allergies and share with relevant staff
– Treat wounds and prepare the clinic and nursing station with proper stock maintenance
– Administer medication with parental consent
– Maintain clinic records and support doctor visits as per regulatory guidelines
– Provide information to parents regarding their child’s treatment or medical issues
– Maintain and update children’s medical records according to regulatory requirements
– Maintain professional relationships and support safe practices within the nursery
– Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
– Support nursery operations and assist management as required
Requirements
– Degree or Diploma in Bachelor of Science in Nursing
– Nursing Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Board or Council from the country of origin
– Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license
