– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or supply chain management
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on procurement experience within the UAE, with a solid understanding of local market practices.
– Procurement Knowledge: Familiar with procurement processes, systems, and best practices.
– ERP Proficiency: Expertise in using ERP systems for procurement operations.
– Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
– Communication & Follow-up: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to follow-ups.
– Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in documentation, data entry and record-keeping.
– Time Management: Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
