Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

– Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract award.
– Coordinate with project teams to identify material, equipment, and service requirements.
– Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
– Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project schedules.
– Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supply chain performance.
– Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
– Proven procurement experience in infrastructure, roads, bridges, and/or marine projects.
– Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier networks, and procurement processes.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
