Key Responsibilities
– Manage the procurement process to ensure timely sourcing of food and beverage products
– Source and procure food, beverages, and related supplies based on operational needs
– Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize supplier agreements
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to avoid shortages
– Ensure procured items meet quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards
– Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
– Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
– Proven experience in procurement within the F&B, catering, hospitality, or food production industry
– Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
– Good understanding of food safety and quality standards
– Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong analytical and organizational abilities
