Key Responsibilities
– Lead MEP works from design review through construction, commissioning, and handover
– Plan and control MEP schedules, budgets, resources, risks, changes, and cost forecasts
– Review drawings, RFIs, and shop drawings; resolve technical issues and coordination clashes
– Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, quality, HSE, and authority requirements
– Manage subcontractors, approvals, claims, reporting, and coordination with all stakeholders
Requirements / Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– 20+ years of experience in MEP project management
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
– Experience with mixed use, commercial, residential, high-rise towers, villas, and industrial projects
– Experience in coordination with DEWA, DM, DCD, ADDC (TAQA), ADCD, ADM, Etisalat, and Du
