Key Responsibilities
– Oversee complete MEP lifecycle from planning to handover
– Manage project timelines, budget, and quality standards
– Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
– Lead testing and commissioning and final project delivery
Requirements / Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– 8+ years of MEP experience
– Minimum 5 years in Dubai handling high-rise and villa projects
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
– Experience with DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, and Civil Defense approvals
– Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
– Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
