Salary: Up to AED 13,000 per month
Requirements
– More than 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a scaffolding company
– Strong knowledge of scaffold types and pricing structures
– Proven experience handling client and subcontractor payment certificates and billing
– Civil Engineering background is an added advantage
– Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and evaluate subcontractor payments and client invoices
– Handle cost estimation and pricing for scaffolding projects
– Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and billing
– Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
