Job Position: Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Contract Administration
– Claims & Commercial Risk
– Variation & Change Control
– Valuations & Payments
– Cost Management & Reporting
– Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications
– Prepare the evaluation of subcontractor invoices
– Prepare interim payment and commercial documentation
– Prepare variation assessments and ensure compliance with contractual terms
– Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency
– Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– 5–10 years (depending on seniority) of post-contract QS experience in GCC construction industry
