Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role includes managing property listings, conducting market research, and guiding clients through real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Prepare and manage property listings, create marketing materials, and schedule viewings.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure the best terms for clients.
- Oversee the transaction process from initial offer to closing, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other involved parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
