QA/QC Engineer – Precast
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– 2+ years of Precast experience with mandatory UAE/GCC experience
– Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation
– Knowledge of concrete testing, reinforcement, moulds, casting, curing, and finishing
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
– Inspect all stages of precast production and finished elements
– Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
– Conduct quality checks for moulds, reinforcement, embedded items, casting, curing, demolding, and finishing works
– Perform and monitor required quality inspections and testing
– Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and QA/QC documentation
– Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
– Coordinate with production and project teams to maintain quality standards
