Job Position: Sales Supervisor

– Based in the UAE
– Must have 4–5 years of FMCG or soft drinks sales experience, ideally in a supervisory role
– Able to meet monthly and quarterly targets for volume, distribution, and coverage
– Strong people-management and customer-relationship skills to strengthen existing and new customers
– Capable of guiding and motivating sales executives through market visits and route rides
– Ensure proper use of cold drink equipment and strong on-ground visibility
