Requirements / Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
– 5–7 years’ experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality)
– Proven experience in fit-out projects
– Strong exposure to civil costing, estimation, and budgeting
– Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage project execution
– Experience in preparing schedules and monitoring project progress
– Capability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
