Senior Engineer – QA/QC

Requirements
– B.Tech in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 5–7 years of GCC experience in Ready Mix concrete only
Key Responsibilities
– Ensure quality compliance of raw materials and concrete mixes as per Dubai Municipality guidelines
– Monitor and collect concrete specimen test results to ensure compliance with standards
– Prepare concrete mix designs based on project specifications and international standards
– Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions
– Oversee daily concrete supply, sampling, and site testing activities
– Support R&D initiatives for sustainable and innovative concrete solutions
– Conduct trial mixes for new products and customer-specific requirements
– Ensure safe handling, storage, and environmental compliance for materials and hazardous substances
– Monitor daily production and quality control operations
– Drive continuous improvement in concrete mix development and operational processes
