Job Position: Senior Officer – Broker Relations

Full-time role responsible for managing and expanding broker portfolios across General and Medical lines, ensuring strong relationships, performance monitoring, compliance, and business growth.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma qualification
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a broker relations role
– Insurance certification is an added advantage
– Excellent communication and people management skills
– Ability to maintain and expand broker portfolios, coordinate renewals, and conduct training sessions
– Strong analytical skills for monitoring broker performance and preparing reports
– Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes
