Job Position: Senior Planning Engineer
Location: Riyadh, KSA

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project planning or project management.
– Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
– In-depth understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
– PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with project goals and milestones.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
– Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and plans as necessary.
– Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and forecasts related to project timelines and resource allocation.
– Conduct risk assessments and identify potential project delays or issues, recommending mitigation strategies.
– Assist in the preparation of tender documents and technical proposals.
– Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
