Job Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and finalize contract documents and ensure timely collection of bonds, insurances, and warranties
– Monitor project budgets and prepare cost-to-complete reports
– Carry out cost-value reconciliation and report project performance
– Conduct site visits and prepare interim and final valuations
– Follow up on payment certificates and client payments
– Detect contract variations and coordinate with the project team
– Prepare, submit, negotiate, and follow up on variations
Requirements
– Minimum 10 years of experience
– Minimum 5 years of experience in swimming pool construction or landscape works
– Civil Engineering degree or BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent mandatory
