Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE secondary market real estate
– Strong background in resale and leasing for residential and commercial properties
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
– Good knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations
– Proficiency with CRM systems and property portals
– Self-motivated, client-focused, and target-driven
– Valid UAE driving license preferred
– Multilingual candidates are an advantage
