Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– 3–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices
– Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– UAE experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
– Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution
– Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and site procedures
– Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate site records
