We are growing! Kelvin Catering Services & Facilities Management is looking for an experienced and organized Store Manager to lead warehouse and catering store operations. This role ensures smooth inventory flow, compliance with HACCP standards, and cost-efficient stock management. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about operational excellence, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
– Warehouse & Inventory Control – Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of food and non-food items while ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance.
– Food Safety & Hygiene – Maintain HACCP/ISO 22000 standards, temperature logs, and pest-control schedules across all storage areas.
– Procurement Coordination – Work closely with the Procurement team to monitor stock levels, verify deliveries, and ensure timely replenishment.
– Cost & Waste Management – Control consumption, prevent wastage, and provide accurate stock and cost reports for budgeting.
– Team Leadership & Logistics – Supervise storekeepers and helpers, plan daily dispatches, and ensure safe, efficient logistics to sites.

Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hotel Management.
– Experience: Minimum 5 years in catering or food service warehouse management, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
– Technical Skills: Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
– Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical ability, and communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).
– Certifications (Preferred): HACCP Level 3 or 4, Supply Chain or Inventory Management certification (CIPS, APICS).
