Job Position: Storekeeper (MEP)
Company Name: Belgravia Contracting Company
Location: Dubai, UAE
– Receive MEP materials (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, etc.) as per delivery notes and purchase orders
– Check materials for quantity, quality, and compliance with approved submittals
– Ensure rejected or non-conforming materials are properly identified and segregated
– Store materials in designated areas as per material type and safety requirements
– Maintain proper stacking, labeling, and protection of materials to avoid damage
– Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems
– Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records
– Diploma or higher secondary education (preferably in logistics or stores management)
– Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an MEP Storekeeper in building construction projects in Dubai/UAE
– Familiarity with MEP materials, specifications, and site requirements
– Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
