Job Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans
– Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and support roles across multiple locations
– Partner with department heads to understand empowever needs and proactively source top talent
– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, direct sourcing, and employer branding initiatives
– Oversee the selection and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience
– Manage recruitment analytics and reporting to measure hiring effectiveness and optimize processes
– Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a managerial role
– Proven experience in high-volume and specialized technical hiring
– Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
– In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools, social media, and ATS platforms
– Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
