Requirements
– 15+ years of UAE/GCC construction experience
– Strong background in technical management, design coordination, value engineering, and multidisciplinary coordination
– Experience with major contractors and large-scale building projects
– Expertise in BIM, technical submissions, shop drawings, authority approvals, and project execution
– Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams
Role Overview
– Lead technical delivery of high-rise towers, luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects
– Manage design coordination and technical execution across project stages
– Support authority approvals, technical submissions, and project delivery standards
