Requirements
– BSc in Civil Engineering
– 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in rail or bridge structural projects
– Solid experience in tendering within construction and contracting environments
– Strong expertise in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed breakdowns
– Proficiency in sourcing and evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations to support competitive and accurate commercial proposals
