Key Responsibilities
– Project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly CVR reporting.
– EAC and cost-to-complete forecasting.
– Main contract and subcontract administration.
– Variations, claims, EOT, and change management.
– Interim payments, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts.
– Commercial review of procurement and subcontract packages.
– Integration of cost, planning, and physical progress.
– Commercial risk, opportunity, and cash-flow management.
– Supporting negotiations and dispute avoidance.
Requirements
– Strong experience in construction cost control and contract administration.
– Good knowledge of variations, claims, EOT, subcontract management, commercial reporting, and project forecasting.
