Job Details: Land Surveyor
Position: Land Surveyor
Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry
- Proficient in surveying instruments and software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.
- Strong understanding of local zoning laws, building codes, and land use regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
